今天以醫療專機送回台灣繼續救治。隨著赴陸就業、就學人士增多，醫療專業人士建議，在台就要做好身體健康檢查。
這名現年60歲的女性病患，家人在江蘇省太倉市經營公司。她7日從上海返回太倉的路上突然暈倒，住進太倉市第一人民醫院時已經昏迷，經檢查發現是腦出血。
之後她歷經數次手術並轉院至上海市第十人民醫院，但神智仍未清醒，並有手術後的肺部感染。由於家人希望她能夠回台治療，經醫生專業評估後，今天下午由上海禾新醫院協助調度醫療專機送回台灣，前往台大醫院繼續救治。
台資的上海禾新醫院助理副院長陳秋芬今天透過這個案例表示，台灣人在大陸會需要以醫療專機或民航機改坐轉送回台醫療的，主要是重大傷病或意外，像是重大交通事故、腦中風、重大骨折、手術後感染等。
據了解，調動醫療專機專程到上海送病人回台灣，價格至少在新台幣100萬元以上。
她說，對台商、台幹而言，是要在大陸還是返台繼續醫療，主要是考慮花費及醫療信任的問題。台灣有全民健保，遇到重大傷病或需要長期照顧的情況，在大陸患急症的台灣人一般仍會選擇回台醫治。但病人身體狀況是否適合飛行，則必須由專業醫師評估。
陳秋芬強調，雖然有時候疾病來得突然，但是健康檢查對於腦中風的預防仍非常有用，台灣人打算到大陸就學、就業甚至旅遊前應該先做好健檢，或利用機場醫療站的相關服務，並事先查詢當地適合台灣人就診的醫院和緊急救援專線。
